Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Jeevanjali Yoga Retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable retreat fee and is subject to seat availability. The retreat is designed as a 3 Days / 2 Nights wellness experience in Rishikesh, and the organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary, session timings, instructors, venue details, or activities due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to attend the retreat and must disclose any existing medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special health requirements during registration. Participation in yoga, meditation, breathwork, nature walks, and other wellness activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk. Jeevanjali, its organizers, instructors, partners, and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage arising from participation in the retreat except where required under applicable law.

The retreat includes accommodation and meals as specified in the package. Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards fellow participants, instructors, staff, and the retreat property. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, recreational drugs, disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any activity that compromises the safety or comfort of others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the retreat without any refund.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat venue unless otherwise stated. Jeevanjali shall not be responsible for delays, missed travel connections, loss or theft of personal belongings, or any personal expenses incurred before, during, or after the retreat. Any damage caused to the retreat property or facilities by a participant shall be the sole responsibility of that participant.

The retreat follows a sattvic vegetarian meal plan. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements communicated in advance, Jeevanjali cannot guarantee accommodation of all dietary preferences or restrictions.

Photographs and videos may be captured during the retreat for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes across Jeevanjali's digital and media platforms. By participating, attendees grant Jeevanjali permission to use such photographs, videos, testimonials, and recordings without additional compensation. Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional material should inform the organizers prior to the commencement of the retreat.

Cancellation requests will be governed by the applicable cancellation and refund policy communicated at the time of booking. In the event the retreat is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events, participants will be informed of the available options, including rescheduling or refund as determined by the organizer.

By completing the registration and payment process, participants confirm that all information provided by them is accurate and that they voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions throughout the duration of the retreat.
